The smart way to live

Learn how Easy Deals Book helps you enjoy outings, shopping and experiences in a smarter way, taking advantage of offers and privileges in your city.

The need for smarter choices

In an era when we all count our choices more, the value lies not in depriving ourselves, but in choosing smarter.

In recent years, going out, shopping and small everyday pleasures have become more difficult decisions for many. A meal out, a coffee with friends, a shopping trip for the house or a beauty service are no longer something that is always done spontaneously. People think more about the cost, compare options and try to keep a balance between what they want and what they can afford.

But that doesn't mean we have to stop going out, shopping, or enjoying our city. It just means we need to do it smarter.

The Easy Deals Book was created with this in mind. It is a deals guide that brings together selected local businesses and gives its owner access to privileges, discounts and special offers. With one purchase, you can take advantage of many different offers throughout the year and gain real value from choices you already make in your everyday life.

2 for the price of 1

One of the most direct and understandable offers is the 2 for the price of 1.

It's the offer that can make an outing for two easier again. A couple who thinks about the cost before going out for food, coffee or entertainment can take advantage of the offer and enjoy more, paying less.

The logic is simple: two options, one better final value. So, the exit is not canceled because “the month is not coming.” It simply becomes more advantageous.

Single offers

Not all outings are for two or for a group of friends. There are also times when someone wants to enjoy something alone: a coffee, a meal, a small personal outing, or a service that serves them.

The Single offers They also provide value to those who use the Easy Deals Book individually. They are practical, simple and fit everyday needs, without necessarily needing company to take advantage of an offer.

Family & Friends

For groups and families, the costs add up quickly. A coffee, a meal, or an activity for three, four, or five people can easily become a significant expense.

The offers Family & Friends They help exactly there. They enable groups and families to continue going out together, at a more affordable cost. Because going out is not just about consumption. It's time with people, conversation, a break from everyday life.

Take Away and Delivery

Not every offer needs to be linked to a meal. Often the most practical option is store pickup or home delivery.

The offers Take Away and Delivery, where they are provided by the collaborating business, provide solutions to everyday needs: a quick meal, an order for home delivery, a more economical option without losing convenience.

So, the Easy Deals Book is not limited to going out. It can also work within your daily routine.

Shopping

Shopping is another area where people are looking for better value. Clothing, home goods, gifts, everyday products or seasonal purchases are expenses that exist anyway.

Through offers at partner stores, the consumer can earn a discount on purchases that he would probably make anyway. And that's the key: we're not talking about unnecessary consumption, but about smarter use of money.

Health and Beauty

Personal care often takes a back seat when expenses are tight. Hairdressers, beauty services, grooming, and related services are things that many people put off.

The offers in the category Health & Beauty help the owner of the Easy Deals Book to take care of himself on better terms. Because care is not a luxury. It is part of the quality of life.

Entertainment and Escapes

Everyday life needs breaks. An activity, an experience, a little escape, or a form of entertainment can change the mood and give value to free time.

The offers in the category Entertainment & Escapes they give more options to those who want to do something different, without feeling like every outing is a financial overspend.

Online Deals privileges

Easy Deals Book is not limited to physical businesses. Through the special section Online Deals, the holder can take advantage of exclusive online offers and discount codes at partnering online stores.

Thus, he has more choices and the ability to benefit from offers in his online purchases, easily and immediately.

More value in what you already do

The Easy Deals Book does not promise to change economic reality. That is not its role.

What it does is more practical: it enables you to continue enjoying outings, shopping, and experiences in a smarter way.

In an era when we are all more mindful, the point is not to stop living. It is to choose better.

And therein lies the real value of Easy Deals Book: it helps you get more out of your city, its businesses, and the choices you already make.

Natural or conventional cosmetics? The main differences and what we need to know.

Choosing a cosmetic product is not always easy. Packaging, ingredients, certifications and different terms often create the impression that we have to choose between «natural» and «chemical» cosmetics.

In reality, however, the term "chemical cosmetics" is not scientifically accurate, as every cosmetic product — natural or conventional — is composed of chemicals. The essential comparison mainly concerns the origin of the ingredients, the way they are processed, and the overall philosophy with which each composition is designed.

What do we mean by the term "natural cosmetics"?;

Natural cosmetics are based to a significant extent on ingredients of natural origin, such as vegetable oils, herbs, plant extracts, essential oils, clay and other ingredients derived from nature.

This does not mean that these ingredients are always used exactly as they are found in nature. Many of them require purification, extraction or other processing before they can be safely and stably incorporated into a cosmetic product.

Therefore, the word "natural" alone is not enough to assess the quality of a cosmetic. What matters is the overall composition, the origin and quality of the raw materials, the concentrations in which they are used, and the control of the production process.

What are conventional cosmetics?;

Conventional cosmetics can contain both natural and synthetic ingredients. Synthetic ingredients are created or modified in a laboratory environment and are used, among other things, for the stability, texture, preservation or specific function of a product.

The synthetic origin of an ingredient does not automatically mean that it is dangerous or of inferior quality. Similarly, natural origin does not in itself guarantee that an ingredient is suitable for every skin type.

All cosmetics legally placed on the European Union market must comply with specific safety requirements and have undergone scientific evaluation before being released.

Natural doesn't necessarily mean suitable for everyone

One of the most common mistakes is the perception that every natural ingredient is automatically mild and suitable for everyone. Certain plant extracts, fragrances or essential oils may not be suitable for particularly sensitive skin or for people with specific allergies.

For this reason, we shouldn't choose a product just because it's labeled "natural." We need to consider our skin type and needs, the product's purpose, the list of ingredients, and its instructions for use.

In cases of sensitivity or a history of allergic reactions, it is preferable to test on a small area of the skin and, when necessary, seek the advice of a dermatologist.

What are the main differences?;

The main differences between natural and conventional cosmetics are:

  • the origin and processing of raw materials,
  • in the design philosophy of the composition,
  • the ingredients used for preservation, texture and aroma,
  • in the method and scale of production,
  • the shelf life and storage conditions of the product,
  • in the quantity and type of packaging.

Neither the natural nor synthetic origin of an ingredient is sufficient in itself to prove its quality or effectiveness. What matters most is the correct composition, suitability for the intended use, and responsible production.

The same applies to the environmental footprint. Natural origin does not necessarily mean a lower environmental burden. The cultivation and origin of the raw materials, processing, transportation, packaging and the possibility of proper management after use must be considered as a whole.

What should we consider before choosing a cosmetic?;

  1. The real needs of our skin. Not all products are suitable for everyone.
  2. The ingredients list. The name and packaging are not enough to understand the composition of a product.
  3. The production manager. We need to know who produces or distributes the product and whether it operates with organized control procedures.
  4. Instructions for use and storage. Proper use affects both the safety and preservation of the product.
  5. Advertising claims. Absolute expressions such as «completely harmless», «suitable for everyone» or «zero environmental footprint» require special attention and adequate documentation. Cosmetic product claims must meet, among other things, the criteria of truth, documentation, honesty and fairness.

Our philosophy at Focus-Thrace Cosmetics

At Focus-Thrace Cosmetics we choose to create natural cosmetics and handmade soaps using vegetable oils, olive oil, herbs and carefully selected raw materials.

Our company was founded in Alexandroupolis in 2017 and our production is carried out in small batches. This way we can carefully monitor every stage, from the selection of ingredients to quality control and packaging.

We apply a Good Manufacturing Practice System for cosmetic products, certified according to the international standard ISO 22716:2007. For us, the natural origin of ingredients must be accompanied by knowledge, consistency, traceability and a responsible production process.

We do not believe that a product is good just because it is labeled «natural.» We believe in the correct selection of raw materials, careful composition, and honest consumer information.
