Terms of Use Online Deals Vouchers
These Terms of Use regulate the use of online vouchers / discount codes issued through the program platform. Easy Deals Book and are used to activate offers in online stores of collaborating businesses.
These terms apply to any user or consumer who owns a valid version of the Easy Deals Book and uses the book's unique code to issue an online voucher through the service's official platform.
By using the service and issuing or using an online voucher, the user declares that he has taken note of and fully accepts these terms.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following terms have the following meanings:
«Easy Deals Book» is the commercial privilege program and printed book published by the company Digital Ways IKE, through which holders gain access to offers from partner businesses, both through physical coupons and through the program's digital platform.
«"Beneficiary"» is any natural person who owns a valid version of Easy Deals Book and has the right to use the program's offers in accordance with these terms.
«Book Code" (Book Code) is the unique code included in each version of Easy Deals Book and is used by the beneficiary, through the corresponding QR code or other relevant link to a specific offer from a partner company Online Deals, to activate and receive online voucher / discount code which corresponds exclusively to this offer.
«"Online Voucher"» or «"Discount Code"» is the only digital code issued after the introduction of Book Code on the page of a specific offer of a partner company Online Deals, through the corresponding QR code or other relevant link, and is used exclusively in the online store of the specific collaborating company to activate the agreed discount.
«"Partnering Company"» is every business participating in the program Easy Deals Book as a cooperating company Online Deals and provides an online discount or other online privilege to beneficiaries according to the special terms of the respective offer.
2. Purpose of the service
2.1. The program Easy Deals Book provides holders of a valid edition of the book with the ability to access online privileges and discounts offered by specific collaborating businesses Online Deals, through the program's special QR offer mechanism.
Access to the above privileges occurs exclusively when the beneficiary scans the corresponding QR code of the specific collaborating company Online Deals and introduces the unique Book Code included in its version. After successful verification of the code, the beneficiary may receive online voucher / discount code for use exclusively in the online store of the specific collaborating company, in accordance with these terms and the special terms of the relevant offer.
2.2. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, does not sell the products or services of the cooperating companies and is not a party to the purchase contract drawn up exclusively between the end customer and the respective cooperating company.
The company operates exclusively as a provider of the privileges program and the mechanism for accessing and issuing online vouchers.
3. Obtaining and using a Book Code
3.1. The consumer acquires, through the purchase of a valid version of the Easy Deals Book, the right to use the unique Book Code included in it, in order to activate online privileges and discounts of specific collaborating businesses Online Deals, in accordance with these terms.
3.2. Each edition of the Easy Deals Book includes a unique Book Code (Book Code), which provides the book holder with access to the online voucher issuance mechanism through the program's digital platform.
3.3. By acquiring the book, the holder acquires a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Book Code exclusively for personal and lawful consumer use in accordance with these terms.
3.4. The Book Code is not a means of payment, electronic money, a gift certificate of nominal monetary value, or a general means of transaction, but a means of access to the privileges program. Easy Deals Book and the online voucher issuance mechanism for collaborating businesses.
3.5. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, reserves the right to set special terms of use Code Book, such as, but not limited to, time limit of validity, limitation per beneficiary, per collaborating company, per edition of the Easy Deals Book or per commercial period.
4. Price – Payment method – Documents
4.1. The purchase price of Easy Deals Book is listed each time before completing the order on the official website or on the program's electronic platform and includes the corresponding VAT, if applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Payment is made using the available payment methods that appear during the purchase completion stage.
4.3. The Digital Ways IKE, as the operator of the Easy Deals Book program, may cooperate with third-party payment service providers to process transactions. The consumer is responsible for correctly completing the required payment and billing information.
4.4. After successful completion of the payment, an electronic confirmation of the purchase is sent to the consumer and/or a relevant confirmation is displayed on the platform, while the legal tax document is issued in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Access and activation of Code Book
5.1. The holder of a valid version of Easy Deals Book can use the unique Book Code (Book Code) included in the book exclusively for activating online privileges and discounts of specific partner businesses Online Deals, through the corresponding QR code or other link provided for the specific offer.
5.2. The beneficiary must use the Book Code exclusively in accordance with these terms and conditions and keep the code secure. Digital Ways IKE is not responsible for loss, disclosure or unauthorized use of the code due to an act or omission of the book owner.
5.3. With the introduction of Book Code on the page of the specific offer, to which the beneficiary is transferred via the corresponding QR code or other relevant link, is issued online voucher / discount code for use exclusively in the online store of the specific collaborating company Online Deals, in accordance with these terms and the special terms of the respective offer.
6. Access requirements
6.1. The ability to download and use an online voucher is provided exclusively to beneficiaries who hold a valid version of the Easy Deals Book and use the unique Book Code through the corresponding QR code or other relevant link of the specific offer of a cooperating company Online Deals.
6.2. Access to the relevant offers may be limited to a specific period of validity, to specific collaborating companies and/or to special terms listed in each individual offer.
7. Online voucher issuance and use process
7.1. The beneficiary, after going through the corresponding QR code or other relevant link on the page of the specific offer of a cooperating company Online Deals, introduces the unique Book Code (Book Code) included in the book. As long as the code is valid and has not already been used for the specific cooperating business, a unique online voucher / discount code, which can be used exclusively in the online store of the respective collaborating company, according to the special terms of the offer.
7.2. After the successful issuance of the online voucher for a specific cooperating business, the Book Code It cannot be used again for the same business, but remains active for receiving vouchers from other collaborating businesses participating in the program.
7.3. The discount is applied exclusively upon completion of the online purchase in the online store of the collaborating company and only in the manner described in the special terms of the specific offer.
8. Nature of the offer
8.1. Each online voucher constitutes a special privilege provided exclusively to holders of a valid version of it. Easy Deals Book and does not constitute a general public offer to the general public. The discount is provided exclusively under the terms agreed with the collaborating business and referred to in the relevant listing or offer on the program platform.
9. Special restrictions
9.1. Each collaborating company may set special terms for the application of its offer, such as, but not limited to, a minimum order value, exclusion of specific products or categories, non-combination with other offers, limitation to one use per customer or per order, or limitation on the validity period of the offer.
9.2. These special terms and conditions bind the user and form an integral part of each offer, as presented on the program platform. Easy Deals Book or in the online store of the collaborating company.
10. Cases of non-acceptance of vouchers
10.1. The collaborating company has the right to refuse to apply the discount in the event of:
10.1.1. invalid, unrecognizable or already used online voucher / discount card code,
10.1.2. failure to meet the terms of the specific offer, as listed on the program platform Easy Deals Book or in the online store of the collaborating company,
10.1.3. use of the voucher in a manner contrary to these terms or the special terms of the collaborating company.
11. User obligations
11.1. The user is obliged to:
11.1.1. to use the online vouchers / discount codes in good faith and exclusively for personal and lawful consumer use,
11.1.2. not to copy, resell, reproduce, publish or commercially exploit the vouchers,
11.1.3. not attempt to violate, alter or circumvent the mechanism for issuing or redeeming vouchers through the program platform Easy Deals Book,
11.1.4. not to use technical means, automated processes or other methods to illegally activate or obtain offers,
11.1.5. to comply with the terms of each cooperating company when making the purchase.
11.2. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, reserves the right to cancel an online voucher or suspend a user's access to the platform in case of indications of abusive, fraudulent or illegal use.
12. Right of withdrawal
12.1. In case of purchase of Easy Deals Book through distance selling (indicatively through the official website of the program), the consumer retains the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the completion of the purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
12.2. The right of withdrawal is exercised on the condition that the Easy Deals Book is returned to its original condition and the privileges provided have not been used.
12.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular in the following cases:
12.3.1. if one or more coupons in the book have been removed, cut out or used,
12.3.2. provided that the Book Code has been activated or used on the Easy Deals Book program platform for the online voucher issuance,
12.3.3. The above cases fall, as the case may be, under the exception from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 3l, paragraph a, of Law 2251/1994 on service contracts after the full provision of the service, provided that the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and with his acknowledgement that he loses the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
In particular, the activation of the Book Code and/or the use of any coupon or online voucher implies that the consumer has requested the immediate commencement of the relevant service and has accepted that, after such activation or use, he/she may not exercise the right of withdrawal, to the extent that the relevant service has already been performed, in whole or in part, in accordance with the above.
12.4. After activating the Book Code or using book coupons, no withdrawal or refund is possible, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
13. Returns – Cancellations – Non-Refund
13.1. After the successful purchase of Easy Deals Book, and especially after the activation of Book Code or the use of book coupons, the price paid is not refundable.
13.2. Refunds can only be made in the following cases:
13.2.1. if it Easy Deals Book was never delivered to the consumer due to its fault Digital Ways IKE,
13.2.2. if the book or the Book Code was technically defective or non-functional from the start through no fault of the consumer,
13.2.3. if the return is required by a mandatory provision of applicable legislation.
13.3. In the event of a proven technical problem concerning the Book Code or the operation of the program platform Easy Deals Book, the Digital Ways IKE may, at its discretion, restore the functionality of the password, issue a new password or issue a refund, if deemed necessary.
14. Responsibility of the collaborating company
14.1. The collaborating company is solely responsible for:
14.1.1. the accuracy and completeness of the offer published in the program Easy Deals Book,
14.1.2. the availability of its products or services,
14.1.3. the correct application of the agreed discount in accordance with the terms of the offer,
14.1.4. the execution of the order or the service provided to the consumer,
14.1.5. the issuance of legal tax documents to the customer,
14.1.6. compliance with applicable legislation on consumer protection, e-commerce, returns, guarantees and tax obligations.
15. Limitation of liability platform
15.1. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, is not responsible for:
15.1.1. the quality, safety, legality or suitability of the products or services of the collaborating company,
15.1.2. the execution or non-execution of the order between the consumer and the cooperating business,
15.1.3. delays in shipping or delivery of products or services from the collaborating company,
15.1.4. changes in the commercial policy, prices or operating conditions of the collaborating company's online store,
15.1.5. technical malfunctions due to systems of the collaborating company, the user or third-party service providers,
15.1.6. inability to redeem the voucher due to incorrect use by the beneficiary.
15.2. The Digital Ways IKE provides exclusively the mechanism for accessing online privileges and issuing online vouchers within the framework of the program Easy Deals Book and does not guarantee a specific financial benefit, product availability or successful completion of a transaction between the user and the collaborating business.
16. Voucher validity period
16.1. Each online voucher is valid only for the period specified in the relevant offer or in the specific edition of the Easy Deals Book. After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher automatically ceases to be valid and cannot be used.
16.2. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, reserves the right to deactivate vouchers that have expired, have already been used or have been issued in violation of these terms.
17. Prohibition of transfer and commercial exploitation
17.1. The online vouchers / discount codes are intended exclusively for the personal use of the beneficiary, unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms of the specific offer. The sale, resale, exchange, public distribution or general commercial exploitation of vouchers is prohibited without the prior written permission of Digital Ways IKE, as the operating body of the program Easy Deals Book.
18. Complaints
18.1. User complaints regarding the implementation of offers from partner companies are submitted exclusively through the special online complaint form available on the official website of the program. Easy Deals Book.
18.2. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, may transmit the relevant data to the cooperating company for investigation.
18.3. The investigation and resolution of complaints is carried out by the collaborating company, which is responsible for the proper implementation of the offer and the execution of the transaction with the consumer.
18.4. The Digital Ways IKE reserves the right to monitor the compliance of the collaborating company with the terms of the program and to take appropriate measures in the event of a violation.
19. Copyright
19.1. All content of the program platform Easy Deals Book, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, structure of the service, design, databases and software, is the subject of intellectual and industrial property of Digital Ways IKE and/or its partners and is protected by applicable legislation.
19.2. Any reproduction, copying, storage, distribution or other use of the platform's content is prohibited without the prior written permission of Digital Ways IKE, unless expressly permitted by law.
20. Data protection
20.1. The processing of personal data of users of the program platform Easy Deals Book is carried out in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy her Digital Ways IKE, as published on the official website of the service.
20.2. The user must be informed of the content of the Privacy Policy before using the platform and the program's services.
21. Modification of terms
21.1. The Digital Ways IKE, as the program operator Easy Deals Book, reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, if this is deemed necessary for reasons of compliance with the law, technical operation or commercial organization of the program.
21.2. The new version of the terms and conditions is posted on the official website of the program. Easy Deals Book and is valid from its publication, unless otherwise specified.
22. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
22.1. These terms are governed by the Greek Law. For any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or application, the courts of the seat of the company shall be competent. Digital Ways IKE, unless the law necessarily stipulates otherwise.
